Our Golf Ambassadors and Golf Captains help create that experience.
Two Ways to Lead

Golf Ambassador
You create the community experience.
Golf Ambassadors help members feel welcomed, connected and excited to stay involved.
Golf experience is not required.
What You'll Do
- Support at least 1 CEO BAE Golf meetup per month
- Personally reach out to assigned attendees before select meetups to let them know you are looking forward to seeing them
- Welcome members when they arrive
- Introduce women to one another
- Make an intentional effort to connect with women who are new or attending alone
- Help maintain engagement within the Golf Community
- Share select CEO BAE Golf events and opportunities
- Encourage women in your network to experience CEO BAE Golf

Golf Captain
You help women become more confident playing the game.
Golf Captains are experienced golfers who help newer golfers feel comfortable practicing and playing. Captains should be comfortable assisting beginners with basic fundamentals such as grip and swing basics, as well as golf etiquette, rules and navigating the course. Captains support and encourage members but do not replace professional golf instruction.
What You'll Do
- Support at least 1 CEO BAE Golf activity per month
- Assist newer golfers with basic grip and swing fundamentals during Practice Meetups
- Help members understand basic rules, golf etiquette, scoring and pace of play
- Play alongside newer golfers during Play Days
- Help women comfortably navigate the golf course
- Help create welcoming foursomes
- Make beginners feel comfortable asking questions
- Encourage women as they transition from learning and practicing golf into actually playing
What You Receive

- Green fees covered or subsidized when officially assigned to lead select CEO BAE Golf Play Days
- First priority for select Golf experiences and partner invitations

Leadership That Fits Your Life
Leadership terms are 6 months. Ambassadors and Captains are asked to support a minimum of one CEO BAE Golf activity per month.
We are looking for women who are dependable, welcoming and genuinely interested in helping create a strong Golf Community. Complimentary Golf membership and leadership benefits remain active while participation expectations are being met.

Golf Ambassador
Best for someone who:

Golf Captain
Best for someone who:
- Already comfortably plays golf
- Can independently play at least 9 holes
- Understands basic golf etiquette and rules
- Understands basic golf fundamentals
- Is comfortable assisting beginners with grip and basic swing fundamentals
- Is patient and encouraging
- Wants to help more women become confident golfers
